The Pimpama Junction mixed use centre creates a compact, integrated development comprising retail, commercial, community and residential uses. Clearly defined access points and connections off Dixon Drive provide legible movement patterns to surrounding future residential and recreational areas. It embodies the principles of walkability and transit oriented development, identity, sense of place, sub-tropical design, innovative architecture and functionality. It will also create a vibrant and sustainable community hub for the Pimpama neighbourhood.
